CerroWorks is a designer/builder workshop focusing on gravel and bike packing bikes, rack systems, bags, tents, and other cycling related bits and pieces. We design and fabricate the first working samples holistically, considering elements beyond design. Construction methods, materials, and design are all equally fundamental in our vision of building the most comfortable and functional experience around.
Current projects
NuVelo
We set out to make the NuVelo handle like the steel road bikes we used to build and race on, but with bigger tires and the ability to handle light bike-packing trips.From the fork blades to the seat stays, every tube was selected to achieve balance and feel.The result is a lightweight, compliant, lively gravel bike that goes where you point it.
Rack and Pack System
At the heart of CerroWorks is a design-build workshop that has expertise not only in bike design, but also in rack, pack, and tent design.Our rack and pack system has been built around the NuVelo frame and fork.With our thoughtful closure and attachment systems, as well as thorough testing of design elements, we have created a system that is incredibly lightweight and simple to use.
